It is about 1 km long and offers tremendous views of sunrise and sunset. In fact, the northern part of the beach is often referred to as Sunset Beach for apparent reasons. You can even spot dolphins from this beautiful beach There are many small details about Betalbatim Beach, which makes it more charming than the other beaches in the city.

This three-day, two-night retreat.
This retreat is specially designed to heal past trauma and hurt, whether it be childhood trauma, grief, past relationship wounds, or anything that has led to deep emotional distress that may be affecting your day-to-day life and stopping you lead the life you want to lead and deserve to live
The retreat will be covering how to deal with guilt and rejection, childhood trauma, dealing with anger, shame and inner sadness, grief, anxiety, and how to accept and move on from what has happened to you, amongst other subjects
I will be giving you a toolbox of coping strategies in order to self-heal, including CBT, healing meditations, breathwork, inner child work, mindfulness, learning to love yourself, self-compassion, using art as a therapy and accepting and how to move on from the past
There will also be lots of happy moments and fun as this is the beginning of your new life

The vast sitting room has a warming wood-burning stove, perfect for those chilly evenings, and the double patio doors lead you onto the rear lawned garden. Outside you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub
It's on the doorstep of the Wyre Forest, Bewdley, and Kinver Edge, a really beautiful part of the country
